Build BBI Nonprofit Subsector Report

This report shows nonprofit organizations broken down by the Blackbaud Institute’s subsectors.

1. Navigate to the Reporting area.

2. In the Reporting table, search for BBI Nonprofit Subsector Report or select Finance from the dropdown to view all related reports.

3. Click on the report name to open it.

4. On the report page, select the date range and the BBI Subsector code and name.

   Note: By default, the date range is set to the last month. A list of available subsectors can be found in the FAQ.

5. Optional - Click on the filter icon to apply filters for:

   • Disbursed Payments

   • Nonprofits

   • NTEE

6. Refresh the table to apply your selections.

The information in this report includes:

• Nonprofit name

• NTEE code and name

• BBI Subsector code and name

• Sum of disbursed payments during the specified date range

Tip: A copy of the report can be downloaded using the Download results to CSV file button.
