Can prospects opt-out of outreach communications?

Yes, they can click on the opt-out of further outreach link in the email they receive to stop receiving outreach emails. This option is only available in outreach emails with the following subject lines.

• Action Required to Claim Outstanding Donations

• Action Required to Claim Matching Gifts

• Action Required to Claim Outstanding Donations

• Register to Manage Your Organization's Profile on NPOconnect

During this process, they are prompted to specify a reason for opting out as well as choosing an alternate contact should they not be the correct contact for the organization.
