What outreach reasons are available?

The reason for outreach is provided when the prospect is first invited. These include:

  • Stranded Funds

  • Compliance

  • Returned Payment

  • Registration

Note: When adding a single prospect, you'll be prompted to select the appropriate reason in the New Prospect modal. If importing prospects in bulk, you'll be required to include the corresponding Outreach Reason ID in the Outreach Import File.
