Build Report for Vetting Applications Submitted or Completed Within a Timeframe

This feature is available to internal YourCause Administrators only.

This report shows all vetting applications that have reached their end state in a given time period.

  1. Navigate to the Reporting area.

  2. In the Reporting table, search for Vetting Applications Submitted or Completed within a Timeframe or select Vetting from the dropdown to view all related reports.

  3. Click on the report name to open it.

  4. On the report page, take any of the following actions to populate the report:

    • Update the time period. By default, this is set to the last 30 days.

    • Select the vetting type - All types, Domestic, or International.

    • Click on the filter icon to apply filters for:

      • Application Information

      • Nonprofit

      • Number of Requests

      • Vetting Expiration Date

  5. Refresh the table to apply your selections.

The information available includes:

  • Nonprofit Information

  • Application Information

    Note: This includes the application's status, date submitted, and date last updated. Additionally, click on the Application info link in this column to view the Application ID, workflow details, comments, etc.

  • Vetting Type

  • Vetting Expiration Date

  • Number of Requests

Tip: A copy of the report can be downloaded as an Excel or CSV file using the Download results button.
