Add and Manage Users

Nonprofit Administrators can add new users, remove users, and change user roles in the User Management area of NPOconnect.

Note: Nonprofit Managers can view user details but do not have permission to add or update users. If your role needs to be changed, contact an Administrator for your organization or submit a request in the Nonprofit Platform Service Inquiry form.
