The Account Menu
To modify your Online Express settings and view subscription information, use the Account menu.

To check the status of your plan, select Subscription information. Here you can view how many email addresses have been mailed to out of the total included with your plan.

To change your organization’s contact for critical product information, select Primary contact information.

To update your organization’s information, select Organization info. Here you can optionally enter your Facebook and Twitter information, which will then auto-populate the social media widget in the email designer. Likewise, add your organization’s primary and secondary colors to easily select them from the color palette when you design emails.

Select Privacy policy to view and edit the privacy policy that’s linked to from the footer of your emails, or restore the default policy.

Select Email notifications to enter staff email addresses for users who should receive system updates, such as information about system improvements, your Online Express account, or other important notices. Note that your primary contact automatically receives system updates.

Select Integration options to view or modify your Online Express settings. In the Email mapping section, select the email types to use when you email constituents. If a constituent in your email list doesn’t have the primary type, Online Express attempts to use the secondary or tertiary type instead. You can optionally select Send to ALL mapped email types for each constituent. When you select this, constituents receive a copy of the same email at each mapped address. For example, if you select “Email,” “Personal Email,” and “Business Email” for the three mapped email types, constituents with all three types receive three copies of a message.

Select BBMS options to access your Blackbaud Merchant Services account.

Select Receipt options to configure eReceipt options.
