Reinstalling Online Express

When you reinstall the The Raiser's Edge you will also have to reinstall Online Express. Click here for instructions that will guide you through the process.

Note: These instructions only apply if you are in an environment that is not hosted

If you are having issues installing Online Express, it may be due to the following:

  • You are using a version of Internet Explorer lower than 9. You must have version 9 or later.

  • You do not have a Blackbaud Merchant and Payment Services account. You must have a Blackbaud Payment Services and Blackbaud Merchant Services account in order to process credit card transactions through Online Express. For more information, see the Blackbaud Merchant and Payment Services How To page.

  • You are following the installation instructions for a non-hosted environment when you have a hosted environment. If you have a hosted environment, the Blackbaud Support team will activate Online Express and their is no installation required.

  • You do not have supervisor right’s in the The Raiser's Edge.

  • You are attempting to install in a test environment. Using a test environment is not recommended.
