Donation Form Performance

Online Express allows you to quickly review the performance of donation forms, such as page views and total amount donated, without having to run any reports. You can view the overall performance of your forms, or view the performance of an individual form, and compare forms.

  • At the top of the dashboard, Overall form performance displays statistics about all of your donation forms including the number of page views and transactions, the total amount donated, the conversion rate, and the average donation amount. To the right of these statistics, a chart displays the monthly donation amounts for the past four months.

  1. Click View performance details at the top of the dashboard, or next to a form in the Donation forms list.

  2. Click Select forms.

  3. Select a form and click Apply.

  4. Select a date range if necessary.

    The charts on this screen display the amount donated and the number of transactions during recent months. Under Form performance, you can view additional performance details.

  5. Use one of the Export options to create a comma-separated-values list with the information or print the data.
