Email Marketing - Get Ready to Send Tab
The Get ready to send tab allows you to send a test message, select the recipients, and schedule delivery.

Under Who is this email from?, fill out the From name and From email address so recipients can identify the source of your email. If recipients reply to your message, their responses will go to the email address you provide here.

In the Subject field, provide a descriptive subject for your email. It’s best to keep the subject to 50 characters or less and to convey a sense of urgency, but not emergency.
Tip: Test out different subject lines with different list segments so you can evaluate email performance and see which subjects generate higher open rates.

Select your recipients in the Recipient list field. You can select an existing recipient list or click Create new list.
Note: If the queries in your list haven’t been run in the past 10 minutes or more, we’ll refresh your list for you when you click Send message so your list will be up-to-date.

If you want to schedule a later delivery, select Send this message at a later date.

Under Test message, you can optionally enter email addresses for test recipients to verify your message before emailing your full recipient list. Enter any test recipients’ email addresses (including your own) and then click Send test.
Note: Keep in mind that placeholders will display for any merge fields until you email your recipient list.

Click Send message. Your message will then appear under Recently sent messages on the Email Marketing Dashboard and its performance stats will update automatically.

On the Get ready to send tab, select Send this message at a later date and click Schedule message. The message will now display on the Scheduled messages tab of the Email Marketing Dashboard.

Click Delete next to the message.
