Create an Email Signup Form
Embed an email signup form on your site to allow constituents to subscribe to your organization's messages. To learn how download signups, see Download Email Signups.
Create a signup form

From the Email Marketing Dashboard, click Signup form.The Get Started tab displays.

In the Required Fields section, select the fields that constituent need to complete to sign up for emails.

Enter the confirmation name and email address to display in the recipient's inbox when they receive their confirmation. Any replies will go to this email address.

Click Save to design your message on the Fine Tuning tab.

Select either the Short & Wide layout or the Tall & Narrow layout. The layout will preview below.

Format the text, color, and borders using the toolbar.

Click Save to move to the That's it! tab.

Click Copy to clipboard and paste the javascript in your site HTML.

Click Done.
