Email Message Performance
Online Express allows you to quickly review the performance of your communications, such as open rate, average gift, and opt-out rate, without having to run any reports. You can view the average performance of your emails, the performance of an individual email, and the performance of individual links within a message. You can also download the statistics to individual constituent records.

At the top of the dashboard, Average email performance displays statistics about all of your messages sent in the past 60 days. For a brief definition of each statistic, such as Click rate, hover over the name.

From the Email Marketing Dashboard, click the message subject in Recently sent messages. The Email Performance window displays.

The top row lists email activity percentages including the Open Rate, Click Rate, Transaction Rate and the average dollar amount raised as a result of the email. Hover over each indicator to see how the numbers are calculated.

The bottom row lists email activity in total amounts including the number of recipients, email opens, clicks, transactions, and the total dollar amount raised.

To the right of the statistics, you can also see the date the email was sent, the email list used, and the number of emails that resulted in bounces and opt-outs. Here you can also click the numbers to see which email addresses are associated with them.

In the grid below, quickly view the number of clicks and transactions resulting from each link in the Clicks and Transactions columns. For a visual display of individual link performance, click Click Map. Click each link to view the statistics.

From the Email Marketing Dashboard, click the message subject in Recently sent messages. The Email Performance window displays.

Click the Add this data to RE button.

On the Appeals tab of the record, you can see every email that the constituent received and their response

Click the email address to see how many emails the contact has received, their open, click, and conversion rates, and the dollar amount of resulting transactions.

The grid below lists details about each message they received - the subject, date sent, and the actions they took such as donated, opened, or opted-out.
