Unusable Emails

View a list of email addresses that have hard-bounced or where the contact has opted out. You can then edit the contact record as needed.

View unusable emails

  1. From the Email Marketing Dashboard, click Unusable emails. In the window that opens, unusable email addresses display with the date on which they bounced or the recipient opted out of the message

  2. To view only hard bounces or opt-outs, or to limit the results by date, you can use the filters at the top.

  3. Click View record to edit the contact record as needed. After you modify or remove a constituent’s email address, a green checkmark displays beside the address to indicate the record has been updated.
