Map a New Group to an Offline Segment

From Luminate Online, you can create new groups that pull information from your database in Raiser's Edge. When you map a group to your database in Raiser's Edge, it ensures that you are getting the most accurate results for constituents who match your criteria.

Mapped groups query Raiser's Edge when the group is rebuilt.

Map a group to an offline segment

1. From the Luminate Online home page, click Constituent 360 >Groups.

2. From the Groups page, click Map a new group to an off-line segment.

   

3. Enter information in the required fields, and in the Map to Offline Logical Segment drop-down, select your query in Raiser's Edge.

4. Click Save.
