Disable User Accounts

If a user leaves your organization, has had their password compromised, or poses some other security risk, you can disable their account. When you disable a user account, the user can no longer log into the program. If needed, you can enable their account again so they can log into the application.

While you may think that deleting the account is the preferred option for employees who no longer need access, we recommend you mark them inactive instead so you can preserve a history of their actions in the program.
