Change a prospect's name

1. From the prospect’s Wealth and Ratings page, select the Biographical Information tab.

2. In the Personal information section, click Edit. The Edit personal information screen appears.

3. From this screen, you can enter/change the prospect's Last name, First name, Middle name, and Nickname.
