Donation Form Testing

After creating your donation form, you should test it to see what donors experience. By testing the donation form, you can make sure it is easy to use and not confusing to donors, and make adjustments as needed.

  1. From Tools, Donation form designer, create a donation form and select select a payment configuration to test mode.

  2. To display the donation form on your website, copy its HTML and paste into a webpage on your content management system.

  3. Enter a donation on the webpage with the form using a test credit card number.

  4. Make adjustments as necessary.
