Connect Social Media Accounts
To start posting on social media on behalf of your organisation, connect to your social media accounts through Social Posting. There is no limit to the number of accounts you can connect to, but you must create at least one active account connection to begin posting.

Tip: Have your account credentials (login and password) handy for setting up your connections!
-
Select Settings
.
-
Under Connect a social account, select a social network.
-
Select Authorize and enter your account credentials.
-
Every page that you have permission to post to is listed. Select only the ones you want to access via Social Posting, and select Connect. When your accounts are successfully connected, they are listed under Accounts.
Note: If you don't see all your Facebook pages under the list, ensure in Facebook that you have the proper post access and management permissions for the page. See the Facebook help.

To review your existing connected accounts, select Settings . To visit one of your accounts on social media in a separate tab, select its name under Accounts.

Deleting an account connection will not remove the messages you've already posted on Facebook or Twitter, but you will no longer have access to your Scheduled, Draft, or Sent posts associated with the account through Social Posting.
-
Select Settings
.
-
Select Delete
next to account you want to remove.
Tip: Reconnect an account you've previously deleted, and all your previous content will be accessible again through Social Posting. Any scheduled posts that missed their schedule date will display under the Draft posts list for you to post if you'd still like to.
Warning: To strengthen the privacy of your social media accounts, Social Posting will prompt you to re-enter your Facebook account credentials every 90 days. Failure to reconnect your accounts can impact any messages you have scheduled to post in the future.
