History

From Control panel, History, the history shows access-oriented actions directly related to the environment being viewed. The actions can be initiation actions, admin status changes, roles changes, name or email address changes, for example. To view action history for a single user, see User Details.

Note: If the change was made by an internal Blackbaud process, the Actor on in the Access changes section shows “Blackbaud”.

If you export the action history, the time in the export file is in Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) format and fully qualified with the user's timezone offset.

User Deleted	A current user was removed from the organization	Blackbaud Internal
Admin Status Change	A user was added or removed as an administrator	Organization Administrator, Environment Administrator, or Solution Administrator
User roles changed	A user's roles have changed	Environment Administrator or Solution Administrator
Link to legacy user name added	A link from a BBID user to a legacy user name has been established	Environment Administrator or Solution Administrator
Link to legacy user name removed	A link from a BBID user to a legacy user name has been removed	Environment Administrator or Solution Administrator
BBID name or email address changed	A user's name and/or email address has changed	Organization Administrator, account owner
Invitation sent	An invitation to add a new user to an organization has been sent	Organization Administrator, Environment Administrator, or Solution Administrator
Invitation resent	An invitation to add a new user to an organization has been sent	Organization Administrator, Environment Administrator, or Solution Administrator
Invitation confirmed	An invitation to add a new user to an organization has been accepted	Any invitation recipient
Invitation cancelled	An invitation to add a new user to an organization has been canceled	Organization Administrator, Environment Administrator, or Solution Administrator
User Marked Active	A current user was marked active, restoring access to all Blackbaud solutions and products within the organization	Organization Administrator or Environment Administrator
User Marked Inactive	A current user was marked inactive, removing access to all Blackbaud solutions and products within the organization	Organization Administrator or Environment Administrator
