Attachments Security

To create a complete picture of constituents, events, and fundraising efforts, users can attach files — such as correspondence or presentations — to records. To manage who can use these features, admins can provide access.

  • In the web view, admins can view and choose whether a fundraiser role can view, add, and edit attachments on events, campaign, fund, or appeal records under Security Roles in Control Panel, Security.

  • In the database view, admins can manage a security group's access to attachments for constituent, gift, and action records in the web view.
