Action Measures

With Insight Designer in Analysis, Dashboard builder, you can use facts with insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze numerical amounts and percentages about tasks and interactions to cultivate relationships with constituents.

With Constituent actions, you can fact your total number of tasks and interactions with constituents, not including advocacy actions.

  • To gauge the overall variation and progress of your actions, use this fact with an attribute or filter such as Action category or Action status code.

  • To gauge the constituent your actions are with, use this fact with an attribute or filter such as Constituent code description or Constituent donor type.

With Constituent actions by fundraiser, you can fact how many actions are assigned to a fundraiser. When used with the Fundraiser name attribute, you can gauge the workload assigned to each fundraiser.

Note: Since multiple fundraisers can be assigned to a task or interaction, these facts may double-count actions.

By default, this fact includes every constituent action. To break down a total or analyze only specific actions, use the fact with an attribute or filter.

  • To include only specific actions, select Add attribute filter and choose the criteria — such as Action status — of those to analyze.

  • To analyze a fact's constituents by specific criteria, such as constituent code, use it with an attribute.
