Appeal Record Donors

The Donors tab gives you a focused view of who has given to a specific appeal. You can review donor information directly from the appeal record, making it easy to understand participation, identify key supporters, and plan follow‑up or stewardship — without navigating to separate lists.

The Donors tab helps you move the conversation from appeal performance to donor relationships in just one click.

What The Donors Tab Shows

This tab displays a list of constituents who have given to the appeal you’re viewing. The appeal filter is applied automatically and can’t be changed, so you’re always working with appeal‑specific data.

For each donor, you’ll see key information such as:

  • Constituent summary details

  • Total giving to the appeal

  • Committed and received revenue tied to the appeal

This view gives you quick context about each donor’s involvement with the appeal and how they’re contributing to its success.

  • Sort and refine donors to identify top, recent, or high-value supporters

The list uses seamless infinite scrolling, and totals update dynamically as you adjust filters, columns, or sorting.

Your list preferences are saved specifically for appeal donor views, so the list stays tailored to how you work when reviewing appeal performance.
