It brings together performance benchmarks, peer comparisons, and AI‑assisted guidance to support strategic decision‑making without requiring you to dig through reports or spreadsheets. Strategy Assistant is embedded into existing experiences, such as your homepage and AI‑assisted workflows, rather than appearing as a standalone feature in the user interface.

• Guided next steps via Chat for Blackbaud AI, where benchmark tiles link to:

  • Interpretation of results

  • Suggestions for where to focus efforts

  • Exploration of untapped segments

  • Creation of targeted constituent lists

Strategy Assistant is part of Premium features and is available to eligible organizations in the United States and Canada. Access is based on your organization’s subscription, not individual user roles.
