Constituent Facts
With Insight Designer in Analysis, Dashboard builder, you can use facts with insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze numerical amounts and percentages about constituents.

With Constituents, you can use facts to measure your total number of individual and organization constituent records, such as to gauge your overall constituent base. Pair it with an attribute or filter like Constituent gender or Constituent age group to analyze the demographics of your constituents.

With Constituents by assigned fundraiser, you can use facts to measure how many constituents are assigned to a fundraiser, such as to cultivate relationships and acquire gifts. When used with the Fundraiser name attribute, you can gauge the workload assigned to each Fundraiser.
Note: Since multiple Fundraiserrs can be assigned to a relationship, these measures may double-count constituents.
By default, this measure includes every constituent record. To break down a total or analyze only specific constituents, use the fact with an attribute or filter such as Constituent code.

With Donors, you can use facts to fact the total number of constituents with any giving history. Use this fact to gauge your overall donor base. For example, pair it with an attribute or filter like Constituent age group to gauge the giving patterns of your donors based on generational demographics.

With Prospect Research Management, you can use Prospect days in status to measure how many days a prospect has a status in your moves management process. By default, this fact provides the sum — or total — based on all constituents' prospect statuses. To analyze a different amount — such as average or median — or specific prospects with an insight, adjust the fact.
Note: Admins! To alert fundraisers when a prospect has a status for too long, you can set how long someone can be in each stage of your moves management process before they're past due. For more information, see Prospect Status.
