Deceased Individuals Settings
To ensure consistency throughout your database, admins can now set rules for how Raiser's Edge NXT should handle constituent records when you mark a person as deceased and when the constituent has a spouse.
Note: In database view, admins can still define rules for marking a person deceased. It’s important to note that deceased constituent rules you set in the web view work independently to deceased constituent rules in the database view. Ensure your deceased constituent rules match between the two views to prevent confusion.
Tip: In Control panel, Security, admins create settings roles to assign permissions to settings for deceased constituents records. For more information, see Roles.
