To analyze only donors who gave to specific types of campaigns, choose them in the Campaign category filter.

Funds represent the constituent's intent for how you should use or earmark a gift, such as toward a specific cause or financial purpose. To analyze only donors who gave to specific types of funds, choose them in the Campaign category filter.

Appeals are the solicitations used to bring in gifts, such as direct mailings, online donation pages, phonathons, auctions, or events. To analyze only donors who gave in response to specific types of appeals, choose them in the Appeal category filter.

Constituent codes define the high-level affiliations constituents have with your organization, such as

To analyze only constituents who gave in response to the efforts of specific fundraisers, in the Gift fundraiser filter, choose the fundraisers who receive credit for their gifts.
In the Revenue type filter, choose whether to analyze your donors' cash-in-hand giving or overall commitments.

Note: Admins! In Control Panel, Settings, you can choose which gift types your organization considers as received or committed revenue. For more information, see Revenue and Recognition.
Note: Each filter includes up to 500 options. If you select Select all, you include all options, not just the first 500. You can also search for and select an option not in the first 500.
