NXT System Users
Constituent records enter and update in your database when users manually add or edit them, or through automated processes.
In the database view, you can view which user or process created or modified a constituent from their record under File, Properties. To help identify automated changes, NXT System User appears, followed by a description of the type of interaction or area where the change was made. For example,
-
Email — The constituent used an email to opt-out of — or back into — messages from your organization.
-
Online registration — The constituent registered for an event
-
Constituent data manager — The constituent was added by background processing.
-
Consent — When the JustGiving Integration is enabled, NXT System User (JustGiving Integration) updates the consent record with the constituent's decision from JustGivingto opt in or out of email messages.
