Opportunity analysis filters

By default, metrics under Opportunitiesin Analysis, Fundraising dashboards, include all active opportunities. To focus on specific criteria, such as funding dates or status, use filters.

Opportunity filters include the following:

Opportunity status

To analyze opportunities at specific stages in your solicitation process, choose the stages in the Opportunity status filter and select Apply. For more information, see Opportunity status.

Opportunity purpose

To analyze opportunities by the intent of their effort, choose purposes in the Opportunity purpose filter and select Apply.

Fundraiser

Assign opportunities to fundraisers to manage efforts and receive credit for gifts. To analyze opportunities assigned to specific fundraisers, choose fundraisers in the Fundraiser filter and select Apply.

Prospect status

Track efforts to cultivate a donor through your moves management process. To analyze opportunities with constituents at specific stages, choose stages in the Prospect status filter and select Apply.

Asked date

To analyze opportunities by solicitation date, choose time frames in the Asked date filter and select Apply.

Expected date

To analyze opportunities by when you expect donors to give, choose time frames in the Expected date filter and select Apply.

Funded date

To analyze opportunities by when donors actually gave, choose time frames in the Funded date filter and select Apply.

Deadline

To analyze opportunities by due date, choose time frames in the Deadline filter and select Apply.

Filter logic

Filters are cumulative. For example, if you specify both a deadline and an assigned fundraiser, you analyze opportunities assigned to you that were due in the past month.

Note: Each filter includes up to 500 options. If you select Select all, you include all options, not just the first 500. You can also search for and select an option not in the first 500.
