Favorite Fields

You can create a list of favorite fields to reduce the time you spend searching for fields in the query editor. Each query type supports its own list of favorite fields.

Add fields to favorites list

1. In the query editor, under Criteria, Output, or Sort, select the field menu.

2. Select Add to favorites.

Access your favorites

1. In the query editor, select Available fields.

2. Select Favorites.

Tip: To remove fields from the favorites list, select the field’s menu, Remove from Favorites.
