Addresses Tab

From Addresses, select address options to include in your report.
Note: Based on the report you run, addresses may not be available.

From Addresses, Individuals, select addresses to include for each individual constituent in your report.
You can select the following options to customize your report:

What to print — Select to print no address or the individual’s address.

Include seasonal addresses — If you consider seasonal addresses, the report includes the first valid seasonal address it finds.

Prioritize the order of address types — In case a valid seasonal address isn't found, or if you didn’t include seasonal addresses, specify the address types to consider. Select Add address type and then arrange the types in order of importance.

If no address found — In case a valid address isn’t found, select to print the report with no address or print a specific address.

From Addresses, Organizations, select addresses to include for organizations in your report.
You can select the following options to customize your report:

What to print — Select to print no address or the organization’s address.
