Details Tab
From Details, select details about the information to include with your report.
Tip: The detail options that appear depend on the report type. Many report-specific fields now appear under Details.

In the Donor Category Report, you can base you report on donor category tables. These tables reflect different cumulative giving award categories for your donors and specify a minimum amount a donor must give to become a member of this category. To base your report on a donor category table, select the table number.
After you select a donor category table, select Limit categories to include only select categories in the report.

For some reports, you can select additional details:

Sort by –– Sort constituents by last name or their amount given.

Include maiden name –– Include your constituents' maiden names in your report. The maiden name appears in parenthesis under the constituent's name.

Include brought forward total from –– Include a total given prior to a chosen date. The brought forward amount is calculated using the start date minus one as the end date.

Print each category on a separate page — Each donor category appears on its own page in your report.
Tip: For some reports, details such as the options to display notes and custom fields now appear under General.
