Standard Reports
Tip: We're adding report features from database view to web view. To track details, see Reports to Web View.
Use Standard reports to view, edit, export, and run reports in Raiser's Edge NXT. For example, you can use reports to track the effectiveness of your actions or to identify details about constituent giving.
To navigate to Standard reports, select Analysis, Standard reports.
Reports
Under Reports, you can view all existing reports by report category, regardless of who created them. For more information about reports available in web view, see Report Categories.
Tip: To filter the list of reports to only those you created, select Only show my reports.
To locate a specific report quickly, search the list. If you don't recall the full report name when you search, use a partial name.
Tip: To specify information that displays, select Columns, choose details to include, and select Apply changes. To reorder each column, you can drag and drop the headers.

From Reports, select Add report. You can include or exclude various records, filter by categories, or change the format. When you add a new report in web view, it's also available in database view.

From Reports, in the report's menu, select Run. You can select whether to generate the report as a PDF or CSV file.
When the report is ready, you receive a notification. To download the report, select View on the notification or find the results under Recently run. For more information, see Recently run.
Note: If the report contains excessive content, such as more than 50,000 rows, it is automatically processed as a CSV file. If you require a PDF for a report with excessive content, you can divide the records in the report with queries, filters, or date ranges to create multiple reports instead.
Tip: If you have more than two reports processing at a time, additional reports join a queue.
Tip: You can only view records you have the rights to access.

From Reports, in the report's menu, select Schedule. You can schedule reports to run daily, weekly, monthly, or at custom intervals. Under Scheduled, you can view, edit, or delete scheduled reports. For more information, see Scheduled.
When your scheduled report is ready, you receive a notification. To download the report, select View on the notification or find the results under Recently run. For more information, see Recently run.
Recently run
Under Recently run, you can view reports run over the last 14 days and share or export results. To locate a specific report or export quickly, search the list. If you don't recall the full name when you search, use a partial name.
To refresh the list, select Refresh list.

Under Recently run, you can export report results generated over the last 14 days. After you generate a report, under Recently run, select Get report, Download report.

Under Recently run, you can share report results generated over the last 14 days with another user. After you generate a report, under Recently run, select Share. To locate a specific user quickly, search the list. If you don't recall the full name when you search, use a partial name.
Note: Shared results are available until the report expires.
Shared with me
Under Shared with me, you can view and export results shared with you by another user. To locate a specific report or export quickly, search the list. If you don't recall the full name when you search, use a partial name.
To refresh the list of shared results, select Refresh list.
Scheduled
Under Scheduled, you can view, edit, or delete your scheduled reports. To make changes to a scheduled report, in the report's menu, select Edit or Delete. To refresh the list of scheduled reports, select Refresh list. For more information about creating a new scheduled report, see Schedule report.
