Donor Cover Fund

When your constituents cover transaction fees on a donation, membership and event registration forms, you can assign a separate fund for those fees. This creates a split gift. If you don't set a separate fund, the fund assigned to the gift, membership, or registration is used.

Set a Donor Cover Fund

1. From Settings, select Control panel.

2. Select Gift management.

3. Under Donor cover designation, select Update.

4. Select a fund for the amount supporters give to cover transaction fees.

5. Select Save.

Remove Donor Cover Fund

To stop assigning a donor cover fund for transaction fees:

1. From Settings, Control panel, select Gift management.

2. Under Donor cover designation, select Update.

3. Clear the fund.

4. Select Save.
