Set Donor Cover Fund

When you constituents cover transaction fees on a donation or registration form that uses donor cover, you can assign a different fund for the fees. This creates a split gift. If you don't set a separate fund for the fees, the fund assigned to the gift or registration is used.

To set a donor cover fund:

1. From Settings, Control Panel, select Gift management.

2. Under Donor cover designation, select Update.

3. Choose a fund for the amount donors or registrants give to cover transaction fees.

4. Select Save.

To stop assigning a donor cover fund for transaction fees:

1. From Settings, Control Panel, select Gift management.

2. Under Donor cover designation, select Update.

3. Clear the fund.

4. Select Save.
