Summary Notes
To help cultivate relationships, you can pin a note to the top of a constituent, event participant, or opportunity record to summarize information you find valuable, such as a

If your organization already has a note to summarize its relationship with a constituent

For a constituent, in the database view, select the Notes tab on the constituent's record and change the note's type to RE NXT Summary. In the web view, the note appears in the summary at the top of the record.

For an opportunity, in the database view, open the opportunity's proposal record from the Prospect tab of the constituent’s record, select the Notes tab, and change the note’s type to RE NXT Opportunity Summary. In the web view, the note automatically appears in the summary at the top of the record.
Note: The RE NXT Opportunity Summary note type is available in the database view after you add a summary note to an opportunity in the web view. If a proposal in the database view has multiple notes of this type, the one most recently edited appears in the web vie
To pin a new summary note to a record:

From a constituent or opportunity's record, select Add summary note, enter the summary details, and select Save.

For a participant, from Events, open an event record. Under Participants, select Work with participants and select the participant’s name from the list. Next, select Add summary note, enter the summary details, and select Save.
To update a summary note, select its Edit , revise as necessary, and select Save.
To remove a summary note — such as if you inadvertently add it to the wrong person — you can delete it.

From the constituent's record, select the note's Edit , select Delete, and confirm you want to remove it.

For an opportunity, in the database view, open the opportunity's proposal record from the Prospect tab of the constituent's record. Under the Notes tab, select the RENXT Proposal Summary note, and select Delete. In the web view, the note no longer appears at the top of the opportunity's record.

For an event participant, from Events, open an event record. Under Participants, select Work with participants and select the participant’s name from the list. Next, select the note's Edit , select Delete, and confirm you want to remove it.
Note: In the database view, summary notes appear as constituent notes with a type of RE NXT Summary or proposal notes with a type of RE NXT Proposal Summary.
