User Account
You can link a constituent to a user account when you want to give the constituent limited access to
If a constituent has user access, you can view and manage the account associated with their record under User account. For more information about how to add a user, see Settings.
Link a constituent to a user accountUnder Constituent summary on the constituent record, select Edit, User account.
Search for the constituent's account.
Note: You can view a constituent's account from Control Panel, Security.
Select Save.
Remove the link between a constituent and a user accountUnder Constituent summary on the constituent record, select Edit, User account.
Clear the User account field.
Select Save.
