User Account

You can link a constituent to a user account when you want to give the constituent limited access to Raiser's Edge NXT. For example, you may want a volunteer to have access to contact information about constituents they interact with.

If a constituent has user access, you can view and manage the account associated with their record under User account. For more information about how to add a user, see Settings.

  1. Under Constituent summary on the constituent record, select Edit, User account.

  2. Search for the constituent's account.

    Note: You can view a constituent's account from Control Panel, Security.

  3. Select Save.

  1. Under Constituent summary on the constituent record, select Edit, User account.

  2. Clear the User account field.

  3. Select Save.
