Add Consent to Constituent Forms

To let supporters choose specific communications they want to receive from your organization, move Consent options from Form designer to a location on the form.

  1. From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

  2. Create a new form or select a form to edit.

  3. From Form, select and move Consent options from Fields in the Form designer to a location on the form.

  4. Select Other settings to:

    • Update the label for the consent options text.

    • Update and display the consent statement.

    • Select to show all consent options as selected by default.

    • Select to display the privacy policy.

      Note: For the privacy policy to automatically create a hyperlink, the URL must be made available in Settings, Tools, Form settings.

  5. Select Done.

  6. Continue configuring the form or save it.
