Add Content Components to Constituent Forms
Use content elements to organize and enhance your form. You can add a divider, header, image, or text to guide supporters and improve readability. Drag and drop each component onto the form where it supports your layout.
Add a Divider
Use a divider to separate sections and make your form easier to scan.

From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

Create a new form or select a form to edit.

From Form, select and move Divider from Content in the Form designer to a location on the form where you want to create a visual break.

Continue editing the form or save it.
Add a Header
Use a header to introduce a section or explain the purpose of a group of fields.

From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

Create a new form or select a form to edit.

From Form, select and move Header from Content in the Form designer to a location on the form where you want to label a section.

Enter the header text.

Select Done.

Continue editing the form or save it.
Add an Image
Use an image to provide context, reinforce branding, or support understanding.

From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

Create a new form or select a form to edit.

From Form, select and move Image from Content in the Form designer to a location on the form where you want it to appear.

Select Attach file and upload the image.
Tip: You can only upload images under 2 MB.

Select Done.

Continue editing the form or save it.
Add Text
Use text to give instructions, add context, or clarify what supporters need to enter.

From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

Create a new form or select a form to edit.

From Form, select and move Text only from Content in the Form designer to a location on the form where you want to provide guidance.

Enter the text and format it.

Select Done.
