Copy a Constituent Form

When you copy a constituent form, its configurations are included in the new form.

Note: If the form you copy is accepting submissions, the copied form defaults to test mode.

1. From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

2. Find the form and from its ellipsis, select Copy.

3. Update the form as necessary, then preview, and save it.
