Delete a Constituent Form

To remove a constituent form you no longer use, you can delete the form. When you delete a constituent form, its performance information and statistics are no longer available.

To delete a constituent form:

1. From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

2. From the form's ellipsis, select Delete.

3. Confirm that you want to delete the form.
