Add Mailing Address to Constituent Forms

The address field on a constituent form helps you collect up-to-date information from constituents. To add an address field, create or edit a constituent form.

  1. From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

    • To create a new form, select New form.

    • To edit a form, from the form's ellipsis, select Edit.

  2. From Form,select Fields under Form designer.

  3. Select and move Address to a location on the form.

  4. Continue configuring the form or save it.
