Add Phone to Constituent Forms

To capture phone numbers so you can reach out to constituents, add Phone to constituent forms and choose whether to make it required.

1. From Online Giving, select Constituent forms.

   • To create a new form, select New form.

   • To edit a form, from the form's ellipsis, select Edit.

2. From Form,select Fields under Form designer.

3. Select and move Constituent phone to a location on the form.

4. Change the phone label that displays on the form, if necessary.

5. To require the submitter to enter their phone number before they can submit the form, select Make this field required.

6. Continue configuring the form or save it.
