Create a Constituent Form's QR Code

To launch a constituent form from a QR code, you can download the QR code as a PNG file to add to print materials or your website. The QR code directs supports to the form's Blackbaud-hosted URL.

1. From Online Giving, Constituent forms, select a form.

2. Under Publish methods, select Launch form from its URL.

3. Select Download QR code. The file will download to your computer so you can add it to your print materials or your website.
