Test and Go Live with Constituent Forms
After you configure and save a constituent form, test it while it's in test mode to make sure it's easy to use. In test mode, no constituent records are created or updated. When you're satisfied with the form, switch it to live mode to accept real submissions.
Test a Constituent Form

Navigate to Online Giving and select Constituent forms.

Select the form.

Select Edit form.

Select Get started.

Under Form mode, confirm Test mode is selected.

Under Publish, copy the form's URL from Launch form from its URL.

Paste the URL in a browser, fill out the form, and submit it.

Make any necessary adjustments to the form and save it.
Go Live with a Constituent Form
After you test the form and confirm it behaves as expected, switch it to live mode to accept real submissions.
Note: After you select Live mode, you can't return the form to test mode.

Navigate to Online Giving and select Constituent forms.

Select the form.

Select Edit form.

Select Get started.

Under Form mode, select Live mode.

Save the form.
