Data Health Rights
In Tools, Data health, users can track the overall health and accuracy of your database and manage automatic updates to help ensure good data hygiene. To manage who can use these features, admins can provide access.
Set a role's access to Data health

From Control Panel, Security, select Roles.

Under Tools roles, select Edit role from the role's menu

Choose which Data health features users with the role can access.

To enable users to only view Data health features, select View data health information.

To enable users to view and manage all features, select Manage data health information.

For mixed access or access to only specific features, select Show permissions, and choose whether users can view or manage data health services — such as Address Finder — or duplicate management features.

Select Save.
