Enable Transaction Processing for Donation Forms

Enable transaction processing to allow donors to submit live gifts through a donation form. After you test a donation form and confirm it behaves as expected, you can switch it from test mode to accept real donations.

Warning: After you start processing donations, you cannot return the form to test mode.

1. From Online Giving, select Donation forms.

2. Select the donation form you want to make available to donors.

3. Select Edit form.

4. Select Payment and fees.

5. Under Transaction processing, select Start processing donations now.

Note: When you copy a donation form that is accepting donations, the copied form defaults to test mode.
