Add Mailing Address to Donation Forms

Add a mailing address field to your donation form to collect or update a donor’s address information during checkout.

Add Address to an Optimized Donation Form

1. From Online Giving, select Donation forms.

2. Create or edit an Optimized Form.

3. From Optional fields, select Mailing address.

4. Save the form.

Add Address to a Standard Donation Form

On Standard Forms, the address field is included by default and it's set to require the address.

1. From Online Giving, select Donation forms.

2. Create or edit a Standard Form.

3. From Form, select Address in the Form designer and move it to a location on the form.

   • To make address optional for donors, clear Require address.

   • To make address required for donors, select Require address.

4. Save the form.
