Add Mailing Address to Donation Forms
Add a mailing address field to your donation form to collect or update a donor’s address information during checkout.
Optimized Donation Forms
To include a mailing address on an Optimized Donation Form:

From Online Giving, select Donation forms.

Create or edit an Optimized Form.

From Optional fields, select Mailing address.

Save the form.
Standard Donation Forms
On Standard Forms, the address field is included by default and it's set to require the address.

From Online Giving, select Donation forms.

Create or edit a Standard Form.

From Form, select Address in the Form designer and move it to a location on the form.

Save the form.
