Enable Organization Gift on Standard Donation Forms

To allow businesses and other organizations to support your online giving initiatives, add Organization gift to Standard Donation Forms.

After a donor submits a gift on behalf of an organization,

• The gift is recorded under the organization's constituent record.

  Note: The gift will be in a pending status until approved in its batch.

• The gift will appear in a batch in Gifts, Gift batch entry.

• If the donor and organization have no relationship, one will be created under Relationships for both.

To enable the organization gift option to a Standard Donation Form:

1. From Online Giving, Donation forms, create or edit a Standard Form.

2. From 3. Form, select and move Organization gift from Fields in the Form designer to a location on the form.

3. Edit the checkbox and organization name labels, if necessary.

4. Add Organization name placeholder text, if necessary.

5. Select Done.
