Recurring Gift and Pledge Frequencies

Recurring gifts given through donation forms process on a regular schedule based on how often the donor chooses. You select the frequencies you want to support on the Standard Donation Form.

Frequencies for payments

• Once applies to pledge commitments to be paid as a one payment.

• Weekly processes recurring gift payments every seven days.

• Every two weeks processes payments every 14 days.

• Every four weeks processes recurring gift payments every 28 days.

• Monthly processes payments once a month on the day of the initial payment. If the initial payment date is the 31st of the month, subsequent payments occur on the last available day.

• Quarterly processes payments every three months.

• Annually processes payments on the same date each year. If the date isn't available, such as during a leap year, the payment occurs on the prior available date.

Warning: Approve batches every day to ensure payments process on the date donors expect. First recurring payments won't process until they are approved.
