Add Phone to Donation Forms

You can capture donor phone numbers so you can reach out and thank them for their gifts. Add Phone to your donation forms and choose whether to require it.

Tip: To set the phone type for constituents, select the phone mapping to configure from Settings, Tools, Form settings. To learn more about the phone mapping and the other settings, see Form Settings.

Add Phone to an Optimized Donation Form

1. From Online Giving, Donation forms create or edit an Optimized Form.

2. From Optional fields, select Phone.

3. Continue editing the form or save it.

Add Phone to a Standard Donation Form

1. From Online Giving, Donation forms create or edit a form.

2. From Form, select Phone from Fields in Form designer to a location on the form.

3. If needed, you can update the label and make phone required.

4. Continue editing the form or save it.
