Add Phone to Donation Forms

To capture donors phone numbers so you can reach out and thank them for their gifts, add Phone to your donation forms and choose whether to make it required.

Tip: To set the phone type for constituents, select the phone mapping to configure from Settings, Tools, Form settings. To learn more about the phone mapping and the other settings, see Form Settings.

To add phone to your forms, from Online Giving, Donation forms, create or edit a form.

• For Optimized Donation Forms, from 3. Optional fields, select Phone number.

• For Standard Donation Forms, from 3. Form, select and move Phone from Fields in Form designer to a location on the form. Next, you can update the label and make phone required.
