Create a Donation Form's QR Code

To launch a donation form from a QR code, you can download it as a PNG file to add to print materials or your website. The QR code directs donors to the form's Blackbaud-hosted URL.

1. From Online Giving, Donation forms, select a donation form.

2. From Publish,

   • For an Optimized Form, select Hosted URL.

   • For a Standard Form, select Launch form from its URL.

3. Select Download QR code. The file will download to your computer so you can add it to your print materials or your website.
