Active Workflow Designer Email
When an email for Workflow designer is final, publish it so that it's available to use in Communications, Workflow designer. In Communications, Email, Workflow designer emails, you can view and manage your published email under Active workflow designer emails.For each email, you can view when it was published, who created it, and which workflow uses it.

If an automated email isn't quite ready for primetime, you can unpublish it so that it's not available to use with a workflow. Under Workflow designer emails, select Unpublish from an email's menu to remove it from Tools, Workflow designer.
Note: Don't see the option to unpublish an email? After you associate an automated email with a workflow from Communications, Workflow designer, you can no longer unpublish it.
